Model who says she has flattest belly on Instagram hits back at haters

Model and fitness star Ruth Telles has hit out at haters who criticise her tiny waist.

The influencer, who claims to have the 'flattest belly on Instagram' said she often receives 'hate messages' over her figure.

However, the 26-year-old says that her slim physique is down to a healthy fitness routine.

Speaking out about the haters, Ruth said: "It seems like a crime to be thin these days.

"My visible bones are the result of a healthy fitness routine."

Talking about how she stays in shape, Ruth said she trains five times a week.

"I always try to contract my abs when exercising, I know it helps a lot," she said.

"In addition to helping you burn fat, it also helps you strengthen your muscles, make your waist thinner and even improve your posture."

Ruth, who boasts an impressive 209k Instagram followers, also criticised people who Photoshop their images, saying they often don't 'look like themselves'.

"You have to show what you really look liked without Photoshop," she said.

"It's bizarre to see these people who abuse Photoshop so much, they even look like other people."

The model has posed for several photos recently to show off her tiny waist, which the influencer insists aren't edited.

These include selfies of the model wearing a tiny bra top and denim shorts, which she had pulled down to reveal her figure.

The stunner also posed in a teeny white bikini as well as a black swimsuit while aboard a boat.
