She continued: "Painting is done. Wallpapering is done, the coving, the skirting and I bought this little table thing. It's all coming together."
Mrs Hinch then revealed she and her husband still have a lot of furniture to build as she turned the camera to a pile of unopened boxes.
"We've got all this furniture to put together next so good luck to us with that!" she told the camera.
The 30 year old then offered a glimpse of a finished corner of the room and wrote: "I'm so excited I just keep standing in here!"
As well as the polka dot wallpaper and bunny rabbit patterned curtains, the gorgeous room also features a matching cushion, a teddy bear rug from H&M Home and a £175 rattan side table from Maison En Vogue.
When she was asked recently about where the new baby will sleep, Sophie replied that they are redesigning the former master bedroom for the new addition.
The house proud star previously welcomed fans to send her suggestions and interior ideas for the room and admitted they hadn’t even started yet, but were excited to get going.
“Bring on project nursery!” Mrs Hinch wrote.
With plans now underway, Mrs Hinch shared with fans some of the pictures that she had printed off to provide some interior inspiration for the space.
She then shared paint samples, asking for feedback from her Hinch army on which they think would suit the room.
The soon to be mum-of-two said she is currently looking at a selection of different wallpaper samples and is struggling to whittle down the choices.

One fan then replied: “Excuse me, but your wallpaper taste is disgusting”. Luckily, Mrs Hinch was able to laugh off the criticism in a later story.
When asked in a recent Q&A about her due date, the cleaning sensation revealed that she's "further along" than fans may expect.
"I worry giving the exact due date guys but I have less time to go than I have been pregnant now," Mrs Hinch explained.
Adding: "So I'm further along than some may think."
