If you're going to lay everything out the way you would setting a table, your cutlery drawer would look similar to most peoples.
The order would generally go with the forks on the left, followed by the knives facing inwards then the spoons.
But one woman has rebelled against this system and social media fans are absolutely gobsmacked by the idea of it.
The mum showed off her perfectly organised utensils, arranged in the order of knives, forks and spoons.
But upon asking how others arrange theirs, she caused quite a heated debate with many suggesting their own way.
Since it was shared on social media, more than thousands were quick to jump in on the discussion.
Some didn't explain their reason for how they organise theirs, while others stated why their order was the best way.
One said: "Nope, spoons, knives, forks."
Another added: "Nooo. Forks on the left as most people eat with a fork in that hand and the knife in the right. You're stressing me out."
A third agreed: "This makes me very uneasy. Knives to the right please."

While a fourth fumed: "Fork, knife, spoons, your tray is driving me mad.
"I want to come and swap them over, how do you hold your cutlery? I hold a fork in the left hand, knife in the right."
However, many argued the correct order should really depend on what hand you use the most, whether it's the left or right.
A social media user joked: "Randomly changes. Depends who empties the dishwasher."
