She doesn’t try to contribute towards the cost of petrol and if I ask for fuel money she calls me a brat.
I’m a 25-year-old woman and still live at home with my mum, who is 55, and my 28-year-old brother.
I contribute towards the bills every month and pay for everything to do with my car.
Yet Mum demands I take her to see her friends, pick up and drop off her sister and take my brother to see his girlfriend.
I’m often exhausted after a long shift at work and really want to chill out in front of the TV.
If I dare object, she goes on and on at me until I cave in.
