A woman was left "humiliated" after she faceplanted the ground taking part in a mum run at her daughter's sports day and flashed her bum at the crowd.
Katie Hannaford, 36, was left red-faced after her eight-year-old convinced her to run in the event on June 15.
Hilarious footage shows the mum, from Basildon in Essex, lining up in the third lane from the left, wearing a blue dress as the race starts.

As the other mums begin to overtake her, she falls to the floor.
But if that wasn't embarrassing enough, her skirt then comes over her head revealing her bum and black thong for all of the other parents and children to see.
Luckily, homeware company owner Katie has now managed to see the funny side after overcoming the initial embarrassment of the ordeal.
She said: "I'm not sporty at all, but [my daughter] kept begging me. In the end I agreed to the race – I knew I'd come last.
"I just tripped over my own feet – I think my body was just moving too fast for my legs! I'm so clumsy, I'm always falling over.
"I was humiliated at the time, but it is what it is! I flashed my underwear which is obviously embarrassing but you just have to own it.
"Looking back, it's hilarious – definitely the funniest thing I've ever done in my life!"

She has even shared the clip online herself, writing: "When the kids got more at sports day than they were expecting! Haha.
"If you can’t laugh at yourself then what’s life about ay! Sorry kiddo’s and anyone else watching!"
The Facebook post quickly went viral raking in hundreds of comments about her epic fail as one user quipped: "I think this is a 'crack'ing good effort posting this and a great view for the kids.
Another wrote: "Omg Katie more I watch it more I laugh."
A third added: "I’m laughing more this morning than I was last night."
