My manager at work ignores my emails and calls my ideas 'moronic'

I’m a woman of 29 and joined a marketing agency at the start of 2019.

My boss there ignores me in meetings, unless he’s calling my ideas stupid or “moronic”.

At the start, I assumed this behaviour was his way of putting me in my place. But it has been going on for two years now.

He never answers my emails, which makes it impossible to meet my deadlines.

But he’s rearranged it four times because he’s “too busy”.
