Cadbury's Dairy Milk Orange bar is set to hit supermarkets in time for Easter.

And despite some people excited about it, others aren't quite convinced.

As the news was announced, many chocolate lovers said they were "bored" of orange chocolate now and wanted something new.

The new offering comes amid a current trend for chocolate orange products.

This includes Dairy Milk Orange Giant Buttons and Cadbury's Orange flavoured Twirl.

And it seemed some fans aren't bothered about getting their hands on any more orange-flavoured sweet treats.

Many commented on the new bar as a photo of it was shared by popular food Instagram account newfoodsuk.

The Instagram account, which has 223,000 followers, captioned the post: "New Cadbury Dairy Milk Orange!

"The Chocolate Orange trend continues!! Should be out in supermarkets and convenience stores any time now!"

One moaned: "Will be nice but I'm bored of chocolate orange. We want a spiced biscuit bare or a pretzel & peanut butter bar, not more orange!!"

While another added: "More orange! All I want is banana!"

A third chimed in: "Can they please stop putting orange in chocolate?"

Despite this, some people were very excited to try it.

One wrote: "Cadbury on to a winner here," while another simply added: "Yum".

A third exclaimed: "Just in time for Easter!"

Those who are fed up of orange may want to try new Rose Gold KitKats which come with a a yummy strawberry and white chocolate coating.

Despite the pretty chocolate bar originally being from Russia, UK chocolate lovers can also get their hands on it, thanks to import website, GB Goods.

The bar, which has a marbled appearance, also comes with a pink wafer inside.
