Primark is expanding its click-and-collect service to 32 more stores this summer – nearly a third of all of its UK shops.

The high street giant first began to offer the service in November 2022 but only in 25 of its stores around the north of England and Wales.

Now it has extended the scheme to include another 32 shops, mainly in and around the London area.

Shoppers using the service can reserve products through the Primark website, and then pay and pick them up in one of the 57 stores two days later.

At the moment the service is only available for a selection of items including: kids’ toys, clothing and nursery ranges.

Primark is offering a Click+Collect service in 32 more of its stores in the London area.  The high street giant has been delighted by the feedback, describing the service as bringing ‘encouraging results’

No word has yet been given on whether it will be extended to clothes, accessories, homeware and shoes.

Primark was delighted by the feedback to the initial launch of the scheme last November, describing the service as bringing ‘encouraging results’.

Paul Marchant, CEO of Primark, said: ‘We’re really encouraged by how the trial has landed with customers, who tell us they value the choice and convenience Click + Collect is offering them.

‘We’re also seeing strong demand for the service outside the trial region and it’s helping us reach new customers too.

‘This gives us the confidence to take this trial to the next level and expand it further to more stores to understand how the service can work for a broader range of customers.

‘We’ll continue to monitor the trial closely as we look to complement the experience and offer we have in our stores.’
