Bella Hadid is celebrating reaching a new milestone in her sobriety journey.
“I’m so proud of anyone pushing through dry July. With Kin and lots of self love, I am almost 10 months no alcohol!” the model, 26, explained, referencing the alcohol-free cocktail brand Kin Euphorics in an Instagram post Tuesday.
The supermodel also commended those who have stayed committed to staying away from alcohol.
“I’m so proud of anyone discovering their sobriety Or anyone who has had the courage to open their mind to Dry July!” she said.
Hadid also encouraged her fans to try the new flavor of her alcohol-free canned beverage.
“I’m so excited that our newest @kineuphorics potion Actual Sunshine is finally available at @sprouts in time for Dry July!” she said. “Im [sic] not one to take favorites but this baby is my #1 right now. Can’t go a morning without her.”
The runway star claimed the refreshment “truly tastes like summer in a can” and helps her get “that radiant, post-vacation glow with its unique stack of vitamins + adaptogens.”
“It makes me feel like I just want to smile, straight up,” she continued. “Let us do the honor of fillin you up with LOVE & sunshine. ☀️✨💛 head to Sprouts now, my angels, you won’t regret it, I promise 💛.”
Many of Hadid’s followers flooded the comments section to cheer her on, writing things like, “10 months sober. That’s hot,” “We love you so much, Bella. I hope you’re feeling better!” and “10 months !!! Go bb go! 💪🏽.”
“proud of you!!” another supporter chimed in.
“No alcohol myself since the beginning of june, realized my life is plenty fun without it.”
“I love you with all my heart, I am so proud of your progress and your achievements. Your absence has been very noticeable this last time 🩷 We miss you so much! We’ll always be here no matter what!!!!!!!!❤️,” a commenter added.
Hadid’s sobriety has continued even after her breakup from boyfriend Marc Kalman. A source claimed earlier this month that the art director called off their relationship sometime in the spring.
“They were very in love, but the relationship ultimately ran its course and they decided to end things,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “Bella is a very nice person, but struggles with the pressures of fame. She has been trying to take care of herself since their split.”
The Victoria’s Secret Angel has been staying under the radar over the past few months. She revealed in January 2022 that she had quit drinking alcohol.

“I have done my fair share of drinking,” she told InStyle at the time. “I loved alcohol, and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn’t be able to control myself.”
Hadid shared that she was ultimately better off without alcohol.
“I don’t feel the need [to drink anymore] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school,” Hadid said at the time.
“There’s just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn’t really do much, you know?”
In March of this year, Hadid celebrated five months of sobriety with a girl’s trip to Las Vegas. Her sober journey came after she said that deciding what to wear filled her with “excruciating” anxiety.
“I would have really depressive episodes and my mom or my doctor would ask how I was and instead of having to respond in text, I would just send them a photo. It was the easiest thing for me to do at the time because I was never able to explain how I was feeling,” she told WSJ last January.
“I would just be in excruciating and debilitating mental and physical pain, and I didn’t know why. That was over the past three years.”
Hadid added that she was “in such a weird place mentally.”
Nearly a year prior, she shared with her Instagram followers that she “suffered from extreme depression and anxiety” for most of her teenage and adult life.
“My social anxiety was something that slowly crept up on me as I grew into my twenties,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “It got harder for me to go out without having one drink to calm my nerves, which made me not want to go out at all, so I was just hibernating between jobs.”
She added, “With a life that is constantly pushing a social regime, along with working 13 hour days, every single day, I knew this wasn’t a sustainable life for me.”
Hadid, who would often post videos on TikTok and Instagram to connect with her fans, has remained relatively quiet over the past few months and has mostly just shared promotional content.
