The royal, 50, was pictured wearing the monochromatic fuschia outfit as she arrived for her visit to the Hospital Nino Jesus in Madrid.
The statement ensemble undoubtedly brightened up the grey day as Letizia stepped out in the Spanish capital for the engagement.
The wife of King Felipe VI was visiting patients in the hospital to learn about a new theatre project which aims to give a voice to the youngsters being treated there.

She arrived at the centre with the President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Diaz Ayuso, and the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Pilar Alegria.
She appeared in good spirits as she spoke with politician Diaz Ayuso, before the pair posed for the cameras as they approached the medical centre.
The two women, along with Minister Alegria and Managing Director of the children’s Hospital, Cesar Adolfo Gomez, looked relaxed as they smiled for the cameras.
