Collectibles from the music career of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne are being sold in an auction by her ex-husband’s law firm.
In an effort to pay off creditors in an ongoing bankruptcy case, Tom Girardi’s firm, Girardi Keese, is auctioning off Erika Jayne collectibles, among a slew of other memorabilia Girardi possessed, according to a press release from ThreeSixty Asset Advisors.
“We are working hard to find as much money as possible in the estate to pay down those who have been financially impacted by the firm’s insolvency, including both creditors and alleged victims,” court appointed Trustee, Elissa Miller said in the release. “The auction is one piece of that process.”
The “Exxpen$ive” singer and “RHOBH” star surprised fans when she filed for divorce from Girardi in December 2020 after 21 years of marriage. Later that month, Tom and his law firm were sued for allegedly embezzling money from several families who lost loved ones in the 2018 Lion Air plane crash.
The Girardis’ legal controversies were explored in a new ABC News documentary, “The Housewife and the Hustler”, released in June on Hulu, but few answers were offered about Jayne’s involvement or what she knew.
In a listing by ThreeSixty Asset Advisors, Jayne’s music promos, magazine covers and even personal, frame photos of her and Girardi are being sold, as well as a Cadillac, signed political memorabilia, a Fender guitar and a New York Yankees stadium chair.
Giradi, the lawyer who helped inspire the Oscar-winning film “Erin Brockovich,” is also auctioning off a poster of Julia Roberts from the film.
The online auction started on Aug. 12 and is set to end on Aug. 25.
Jayne’s divorce and legal issues were filmed in real time in Winter of 2020 for “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” New episodes air Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
