They said “I do!”

“The Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria got married to her husband Todd Nepola at the Eden Rock hotel in St. Barths on Thursday.

“This year has been a whirlwind to say the least, but finishing it off as Mr. & Mrs. gives me hope for the years to come,” Echevarria wrote on Instagram on Tuesday. “Thank you all for your kind wishes and love. 12.16.21”

The Bravolebrity donned an intricately designed Muse by Berta gown along with a handcrafted Marielena headpiece and Aquazurra shoes, the bride told Us Weekly. Nepola opted for a more traditional look, wearing an Isaia Napoli navy tuxedo.

The longtime couple both laughed and cried while reading their vows, and they exchanged customized white gold wedding bands.

“It still feels like a dream I can’t even put into words,” Echevarria, 54, told the outlet after the ceremony. “[It was] perfect for us! Truly everything we wanted. Just him and I … We look forward to celebrating with our friends and family in 2022.”

Nepola popped the question to Echevarria in December 2019 after dating for two years. Like many other couples, they had to postpone their wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Echevarria continued to gush about her special day and explained that one of her favorite moments, “was when I closed my eyes, kissed and tossed my flower bouquet into the ocean while thinking of my mom and dad. They both loved flowers and the ocean. I could feel both of them right by my side.”

Echevarria’s mom tragically died from COVID-19 on what would have been the reality star’s wedding day on Aug. 25.

“What was supposed to be the happiest day of my life today has turned out to be the saddest,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption shortly after her death.

Echevarria was previously married to Herman Echevarria in 2004, but they separated in 2015, and he died from a heart attack in 2016. She also shares two sons with her ex-husband Pedro Rosello.

Echevarria starred on the first three seasons of “RHOM” until the show went off the air in 2013, but she has since continued to star on the reboot, which airs on Peacock.
