A woman who is so addicted to plastic surgery has had 59 procedures, braving 26 plastic surgeries by the time she was just 28 years old.

Jenny Lee Burton, from Austin, Texas, has had three lip implants, two boob jobs, three breast lifts and liposuction, just to name a few.

The Barbie lookalike was a guest on the Oprah show in 2004, where she discussed her obsession with perfection and talked about a battle with her self-esteem that started when she was young.

When she first met the talk show host, she was told she looked like Barbie – to which Jenny responded that she had always struggled with accepting her looks.

When she appeared on the program she had only had 26 operations at that point in time.

"I'm trying very hard to find acceptance. But when I look in my reflection, I still don't like what I see," she said.

"If I could be just OK with it, just OK, I would be very happy."

Jenny also revealed how her obsession with surgical procedures had impacted her oldest daughter Kaleigh, who was 10 at the time.

"Her whole life, I’ve been having plastic surgery, so she doesn’t even know what I look like as a natural person," Jenny explained.

"When my daughter sees pictures of me before I had any surgery, she doesn’t recognise that that’s me. We don’t even look alike."

After her TV appearance, she briefly kicked the surgery habit when she found out she was pregnant with her second daughter.

But seven years later, Jenny spoke with Oprah again on the programme Oprah: Where Are They Now? to reveal she had once again gone under the knife.

She had a further 33 procedures, notching up a total of 59 – including a fourth rhinoplasty.

In the follow-up episode, the mother-of-two opened up about learning to accept her body after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a painful disease that caused her to gain weight.

Jenny explained: "I am in constant pain, all the time, every day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week."

In the episode, Jenny also revealed that her fourth and final nose surgery was finally to her satisfaction.

"Now, I look at my nose and go. . . it's perfect!" she said.

But it took Jenny a long time to become satisfied with how she looked thanks to the painful disease.

"Initially, my self-esteem took a huge blow," the blonde told Oprah.

"I was just like, 'Are you kidding me?' Because I look at some pictures. . . where I was really thin. But I was the healthiest and the happiest at that time, and I miss those days."

"I had to really come to terms [with] the fact that for once in my life, I'm not in control of my body."
