Her stomach just couldn’t Taank it.
Incoming “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jessel Taank fell ill at the show’s ritzy premiere party Wednesday night and threw up “all over” the Rainbow Room, multiple eyewitnesses tell Page Six exclusively.
“She did it right on the carpet,” one source shares, adding that she puked “another time, too.”
Two additional sources tell us that the fashion publicist went into a private bathroom away from the bash and vomited into the sink.
We hear Taank, 43, became nauseated and left the red carpet early before finally falling victim to her stomach shortly after Andy Cohen made his welcoming remarks.
“She looked very pale and wasn’t smiling or interacting with a lot of people,” our first source explains.
“At one point, she sat at a table by herself to catch her breath for a bit, and people pretty much left her alone.”
Immediately following Cohen’s speech, Taank was escorted out with her belongings placed into bags — but she didn’t make it to the exit before becoming sick again.
“She was holding her stomach and had her hand over her mouth,” the source adds. “She then stopped and puked at the top of the stairs. … It seemed to be just liquid and was absorbed into the carpet pretty quickly.”
We hear Bravo PR had to direct attendees around the stained area.

Multiple sources also confirm to us that alcohol did not play a role and insist she was genuinely sick.
“She had flown in from Greece the night before and was running on no sleep,” says a source close to the new reality star.
“Absolutely no alcohol was involved. It really could’ve been lack of sleep.”
Reps for Taank confirmed her illness but provided no additional comment.
The upcoming 14th season of “RHONY” features an entirely new cast of women, whom Cohen, 55, described at the Rainbow Room party as the “right group” for the show.
“Reinventing ‘RHONY.” Wow. How do you do that? What a task,” he told the crowd. “How to reboot a show with a legacy as brilliant as ‘RHONY’ and with a group of all-stars who really made that show what it was?
“And the answer seemed simple: just find a new group of women! No biggie!” he joked. “And guess what? We found the right group of women.”
“The Real Housewives of New York City” Season 14 premieres Sunday, July 16, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
