Rihanna Loses Big Selling $10 Million Mansion To Johnny Depp’s Agent

Rihanna is officially saying goodbye to her Beverly Hills home, and it’s going to a new owner – Johnny Depp’s long-time agent and industry legend, Tracey Jacobs.

The manager reportedly spent $10.3 million on the California property. The Tudor-style home was constructed in the 1930s and comes with a half-acre of land situated on a hillside lot.

The home has over 5,100 square feet of living space, including 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. It reportedly went through a variety of renovations before Jacobs signed the deed.

Some of the mansion’s features include vaulted ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with premium appliances, a master bedroom with spa-like bathroom, and multiple balconies. There’s also a guest apartment located above the two-story car garage towards the rear of the home. The driveway is completely gated and can park up to 8 cars.

However, the transaction was unfortunately a financial loss for Rihanna. The singer purchased the abode only two years ago for $10 million. She reportedly still owes over $570,000 in property taxes to the city of Los Angeles in addition to the standard realtor and closing fees, so she likely didn’t make a profit with the sale.

But given that the singer just splurged on a $20 million penthouse for her growing family, she was probably anxious to get the Beverly Hills home off her hands, especially before she gives birth to her second child.

In April, it was reported that Rihanna spent big money on an LA penthouse suite in the same building where she currently owns a 3,500 square foot condo. Her new abode is located on the 40th floor of the 43-story building.

Even though Rihanna has a new penthouse to call home, she won’t be too far away from Tracey Jacobson’s new pad. The Fenty founder reportedly owns a $14 million mansion directly beside the home she just sold.

She acquired the property in 2020, and for now, it appears RiRi has no plans to let it go. Similarly, it doesn’t appear she’s selling her Los Angeles apartment, despite recently buying a penthouse in the same building.

Rihanna – who recently stepped down as CEO of Savage x Fenty – is getting ready to welcome a second child with her partner ASAP Rocky. The couple welcomed a baby boy, RZA, last year. It’s unclear when she’s due to give birth, but reports suggest it could be as early as August.
