Julia Stiles
Famous for her roles in 10 Things I Hate About You and as Sara in Save The Last Dance, Julia Stiles was one of the most popular actors of the decade.
She went on to star in the Bourne series of films and also played a role in Silver Linings Playbook featuring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper.
These days you can find her starring in Sky Original’s Riviera.
The now 39 year old is married to Preston J Cook who she met working on the film Blackway, and the pair welcomed their son Strummer in 2017.
Sean Patrick Thomas
Sean took on the role of Derek, Sara’s dance teacher and love interest.
Since the 90s, the now 50 year old landed various TV roles in the likes of Vixen and Reaper and enjoyed a stint on The Good Fight playing Geoffrey.
He’s also raising a very cute family with wife Aonika who he married in 2006.
Kerry Washington
Kerry’s first movie role was as Sara’s best friend Chenille who famously told her "to open your pretty brown eyes, and take a look around".
Since then, she's gone from supporting star to leading lady starring as Olivia Pope in Scandal and more recently as single mum Mia Warren in Reese Witherspoon’s Little Fires Everywhere.
The actress who is now 43 years old has been happily married to her husband of seven years, former NFL cornerback and actor Nnamdi Asomugha.
Bianca Lawson
Bianca played Derek’s jealous ex Nikki who says ‘they’ll let anyone in nowadays’ when he arrives at the club with Sara.
Since then Bianca has found massive success in various teen dramas, starring in Teen Wolf and The Vampire Diaries plus more recently Ava Duverney’s Queen Sugar.
Garland Whitt
Garland played teen dad Kenny in Save The Last Dance.
Following that, he played a small role in Denzel Washington’s Training Day.
Mainly though, he went on the make his name as a voice actor starring in a number of successful video games.
Since 2019, he’s been voicing Quint in popular kids TV show Last Kids On Earth.
