Protein fans listen up as there are some yummy new products on the market.
Snickers has announced it has launched not, but two brand new Snickers Hi Protein White Chocolate products.
The first is the Snickers Hi Protein White Chocolate bar, which is made with real white chocolate. This contains 20g protein and 233 calories.
The second new product from the brand is the Hi Protein White Chocolate Caramel and Peanut flavour whey protein powder, which contains 21g of protein and 144 calories per serving.
It's claimed both products feature the unmistakable taste of Snickers peanuts and caramel, only this time with the delicious taste of white chocolate.
The product are available on Amazon now, with the Snickers Hi Protein White bar costing £2.00 per 57g bar. Alternatively, you can purchase a 12-pack of the bars for £19.99.
Meanwhile, the Snickers Hi Protein White Chocolate Caramel and Peanut flavour whey protein powder will cost you £19.99 for 875g.
The brand also offers milk chocolate protein bars, as well as peanut butter flavour protein bars.
As well as releasing the new protein bars, Mars also has launched a range of “lower calorie” chocolates bars that are the same price as the standard-sized snacks – but up to 50% smaller back in January.
This saw Mars bars, along with Snickers and Twix, reinvented as “100 calories or less” snacks.
However, many shoppers were left fuming that the smaller bars were still the same price as the original ones.
One social media user fumed at the time: "The ever-shrinking size of chocolate bars whilst the prices increase."
While another added: "Are they just going to keep shrinking chocolate bars until you’ll require a pair of tweezers to pick them up?"
