And in her latest post, the beauty, who brands herself 'Saggy Sara', combined both.

Sara shared two snaps of herself side-by-side – one of her now and one taken seven years ago.

In the photo from 2016, which was seen on the left-hand side, Sara showed fans what she looked like before any tattoos.

She also appeared showed off her flat stomach she pulled on her loose denim shorts and sported long, dark locks.

Sara compared this to a photo of her now as she showed off her body art, shorter blonde locks and slightly curvier figure.

In more snaps of her body now, Sara wrote: "Don't expect your body to fit into clothes you wore several years ago. Bodies are meant to change."

Sara also told fans about things that had happened to her in those seven years – including recovering from an eating disorder, getting diagnosed with depression and anxiety and 'fixing her relationship with working out'.

Expanding on things in the caption, Sara added: "Your body is meant to change as you age.

"Please remember this the next time you look back at old photos of yourself and think 'I wish I still looked like that' or when you’re wrongfully told by society to 'not look like you’re ageing'.

"Even if it’s comparing yourself to how you looked six months ago. So many factors play a role in how our bodies look and function.

"Don’t take your body for granted. Also kind of fun to see how phone image quality has changed too!"

Fans were quick to support Sara on the post, with it racking up more than 25,000 likes.

It seemed to resonate with a lot of her followers, as one wrote: "I often look at myself and ask 'Did I let myself go?', then I'm like no, of course not— i’m just not 17 anymore!"

Another added: "True, full grown woman’s body is very different from 21 years old’s. Even if we lose weight it does look more mature."

Meanwhile, a third chimed in: "As a person who turns 40 next year, the 'ageing is a privilege' message resonates a lot! Thanks!"
