Dr Zoe told OK! Online what she does each day to maintain her impressive physique, and she’s says it’s actually “really simple.”
“My exercise routine in lockdown is really simple: ‘Do some form of movement, every day, for at least 10 minutes,’ she explained.
“Some days this might be a 5K run, and on other days I’ll realise at bedtime that I haven’t done anything so I’ll do a 10-minute yoga stretch before getting into bed.

“Often I head out of the door with intentions of just doing the 10-minutes, but once I’ve got started and it feels good I’ll keep going for much longer.
“I’ve also found a new love for Zumba, which I download onto the TV from YouTube.”
The star admitted she doesn’t follow diets, but she adds that she’s “tried some in the past.”
Dr Zoe, who recently opened up on having down days, explained: “I find them very difficult to stick to long term. I tend to aim to eat healthily 80 per cent of the time – so this would be mostly during the week, then allow myself whatever I want the other 20 per cent of the time.”
On whether she works out with boyfriend Stuart, who she’s expecting her first baby with, Zoe added: “I think Stuart and I have only worked out together a handful of times.
“We like to do different things – he plays basketball for fitness and goes to the gym (when they’re open) and I do a whole range of things. I have played basketball with him a few times and he once came to a Boxercise class with me, but we tend to enjoy having that time to ourselves or with our friends.

“We do enjoy going for walks together though.”
Dr Zoe is currently working with Public Health England’s Better Health campaign, to encourage people to make healthier changes, whether that be exercising a bit more, or reducing drinking.
A survey of over 5,000 adults found that eight in ten had made the active decision to make changes to their lifestyle in 2021.
Sharing her advice for snacking and eating more healthily while in lockdown, Zoe said “shopping smart” is important.
She explained: “It’s much easier to be motivated and make healthy choices once a week, when you do the shopping for example, than it is to fight the urge all day every day, when faced with a cupboard full of crisps and biscuits.
“So shop smart, and you save yourself a lot of will power battles. If you don’t have the less healthy food available then you can’t eat it.”

The star also explained that the timing of your food shop can make a difference, adding: “Don’t go shopping when hungry, and it’s helpful to have already made a shopping list that you will more or less stick too, also reduces unnecessary additional shopping trips for having forgotten things.
“I’m not saying to never eat treats, in fact food is one of main joys we have right now, just limit it to what you feel is reasonable for you and your family and when it’s gone it’s gone.

“By being disciplined on the one occasion that you do the weekly shop, you’re set for the week. Always have plenty of healthier snacks available – such as a bright, colourful fruit bowl on display at all times.”
