EastEnders actor Thomas Law has revealed that he keeps in touch with his on-screen dad Adam Woodyatt after leaving the soap in 2010.
Ian Beale’s son has been played by two actors since; Ben Hardy, who left the role to find success in Hollywood, and Dayle Hudson who made his debut last year.
But Thomas has since starred on an ITV crime drama and has garnered 49,600 Instagram followers through his acoustic music videos.
The former EastEnders actor gave an insight into his life since the BBC One soap during an exclusive interview with OK! at The Together For Short Lives' Ball.
Speaking about the soap on the red carpet at the ball, which was sponsored by M&S Food and held in partnership with OK! magazine, Thomas said: "It's nice. My family still watch it, my mum and my sister chaperone the kids down there.
"I still keep in touch with Adam Woodyatt, who plays Ian Beale – one of the nicest guys. He's lovely, such a nice guy. He's now gone off to do a play recently and I'm excited for him to enjoy that. Yeah, EastEnders ticks along, everyone loves it."
The Together For Short Lives' Ball aims to raise £300,000 to allow families caring for children with life limiting conditions to make the most of the time they have together.
Since leaving the soap, Thomas has played D.C Eddie Martin on ITV crime series The Bay where he worked alongside Morven Christie, who starred as D.S Lisa Armstrong, to solve a horrible murder which happened within a seemingly lovely family.
ITV previously explained that the series, which is in season two, is "a fresh take on crime", even though it may not sound wholly original.
They described that "whereby tension arises not only from the investigations, but from Lisa's lies and internal conflicts".
Following series two, Thomas shared a snap of a scene from the show and teased its return, captioned: "We really appreciate the nice comments and support that we have all received since #thebay series two aired. Thank you very much. Roll on series 3!"
Aside from his acting career, Thomas also has a Cameo account, where stars produce personalised videos for fans, and charges £26 for a message or song request.
Meanwhile Thomas has dedicated his social media to sharing his acoustic song covers which includes Loving You by Paolo Nutini and Olivia Rodrigo Drivers License.
