Where is Too Hot To Handle filmed

Too Hot To Handle recently returned to our screens with a third season, following on from two highly successful runs.

The steamy Netflix show first premiered in 2020 and it instantly proved to be a hit among viewers, with a second and third season following shortly after.

While the jackpot has doubled it now stands at $200,000 the same rules apply; there's to be no kissing or sexual contact unless you wish to have money deducted from the prize fund.

Adding to the frustration, the sex-mad singletons originally believe they've signed up for a fun reality show in the sun, only for Lana to appear and tell them otherwise.

However, the location of the show definitely makes up for the lack of intimacy. Here we take a look into where Too Hot To Handle is filmed…

Where is Too Hot To Handle filmed?

Producers switched up the filming location of Too Hot To Handle for the second series, opting to fly contestants out to the luxurious Turks and Caicos Islands.

The same location was used for season three, with the singletons taking over an incredible villa on the island of Providenciales.

The exact Too Hot To Handle villa is the Turtle Tail Estate, which is reportedly worth a whopping $20million (£14.75m).

The incredible property boasts five spacious bedrooms, several communal areas, a swimming pool, cinema, and tennis court.

Contestants can also enjoy the villa's private beach, which viewers will have spotted on several occasions as the setting for many intimate chats.

Fancy it? Well, you can also jet off to Turks and Caicos if you wish to immerse yourself in the full Too Hot To Handle experience, but the getaway comes alongside a hefty price tag.

One night in the Turtle Tail Estate will reportedly set you back a whopping $10,000 (£7,300), and holidayers will also be asked to pay a security deposit which totals the same amount.

You'll have full access to entire resort however, and a private chef and butler will also be on hand to serve you during your stay.

It'll come as no surprise that the location is a firm favourite amongst A-listers, with stars such as Rihanna and Diddy among those who have previously stayed at the property.

Seasons two and three of Too Hot To Handle are believed to have taken about two months to film apiece, meaning contestants had full access to resort for around eight weeks. Wow!

The first series of the hit Netflix show was filmed in an equally as lavish location, with the cast thought to have jet off to a private estate at Casa Tau in Punta Mita, Mexico.

The sun-soaked spot is surrounded by nine and a half miles of the Pacific Ocean, making it extremely secluded and the perfect spot to maintain privacy.

The season one villa featured an enormous outdoor pool, a private bar, and a sprawling private beach.

All three seasons of Too Hot To Handle are available to stream on Netflix now.
