MCDONALD’S launching a chicken Big Mac as part of a shake-up of its menu.
Burger fans will need to move quickly to try the twist on the classic Big Mac, as it's a limited edition item.
The fast food giant revealed the new addition last week, and it's the first time it's ever been available in the UK.
We got a sneak peek at the burger before it launched, and it's good news for chicken nugget fans.
The chain has already rolled out a new menu item this year, with the launch of its McPlant burger across all its UK restaurants.
The vegan alternative to a cheeseburger is said to be staying for good – a move that has been welcomed by non-meat eaters.
The firm has now announced a new chicken burger which puts a twist on the infamous Big Mac.
We explain when you can get the chicken Big Mac, and how long it's sticking around for.

What is the chicken Big Mac?
The chicken Big Mac is a copycat of the original Big Mac but replaces beef patties with chicken burgers.
That means it has the triple layer bun, two crispy chicken patties and, of course, all the other bits that create the legendary burger – cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the secret Big Mac sauce.
You'll be able to pick up one of the burgers on its own for £4.09, or £5.59 as part of a meal, which includes chips and a drink.
When is it being released in the UK?
The chicken Big Mac is available in restaurants from today (February 2).
But the limited edition chicken burger will only be on sale for six weeks, meaning you've got until March 15 to give it a try.
That's not the only change to McDonald's menu this month.
Mozzarella dippers, the Chicken Legend and the Galaxy McFlurry are all making return to restaurants.
However, that means the BBQ bacon stack will disappear from the menu from today.
How to find your local McDonald's?
To find your closest McDonald’s branch on the big day, you can use the chain’s handy postcode checker tool which highlights the fast-food chain nearest to you.
It’s best to give your branch a call to find out whether the item will be available to avoid any disappointment as it won't be on the menu everywhere.
But with 1,300 branches spread across the UK, you’re likely to have a couple of Maccies options near you.
How to order McDonald's and how much does it cost?
If you want the fast-food treat in the comfort of your own home, you have a couple of options to choose from.
For a while, Uber Eats and Just Eat have been delivering Maccies straight to your door.
You have to create an account which is free in both cases, and downloading either app from Google’s play store or Apple's app store is free for both android and Apple users.
Last year, the My McDonald’s app extended its order options by providing home delivery alongside its previously existing pick-up option.
But whether you can get McDonald’s delivered to you is depends on your area being covered. Again, you can use the Maccies tool to find out.
All three home-delivery choices come with delivery fees that vary according to your location – so make sure you check before ordering.
When testing the prices out, The Sun noticed that £3.99 was the recurring price for most home-delivery routes.
In some cases, like when orders are over £7, the apps can offer cheaper delivery options that start at 0.99p – but these offers are always subject to change, so it’s important you check before making your purchase.
The chicken Big Mac will only be available after 10:30am when the breakfast menu finishes for the day – we explain McDonald's breakfast serving times in more detail.
Maccies recently axed two popular menu items – find out if it was one of your favourites.
