Phil is an American sound engineer, working in Sussex where the couple live with their two children.
The couple have been married for 30 years and adopted their teenage children Kieran and Jessica, after they faced difficulties to fall pregnant.
The sweet pair, who celebrated their pearl wedding anniversary this year, occasionally share Instagram snaps together, and they appear to be very happy.

Meanwhile, Chris has wed twice, in marriages that lasted a shorter amount of time than his friendship with Jayne.
Although their partnership never developed into something more, the couple have revealed in the past that they shared a kiss when they were teenagers.
Jayne Torvill’s children
Jayne’s children make regular appearances on her social media, with the skating star’s most recent post showing off their day at the beach.
They also have an adorable Jack Russell named Lulu who the family introduced not too long ago.
Discussing her life as a mother during an interview on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, the TV star told of how she’d suffered an ectopic pregnancy.

She explained: “As a couple skating together, it's easy for the guy to go off and start a family because it wouldn't affect his skating.
“Whereas for me, it would have stopped what we were doing, so I left it quite late and I was into my forties by then.”
Jayne continued: “I got pregnant quite quickly and I thought, 'Oh this is fine'. And when I went to have a scan they said I had an ectopic pregnancy, and I didn't know what that meant. They said, 'The embryo's growing in one of the tubes'. And I said, 'Oh, ok, so how do you get it out then?'. And they said, 'We don't. We can't'.

“That's when it hit me. So I went through the surgery and then it was obvious it was going to be more difficult. So we tried IVF for about a year. That, as a lot of women know, is traumatic in itself."
Dancing On Ice will return to screens from Sunday 17 January at 6pm on ITV.
The start date of the highly-anticipated show was confirmed by ITV and it will be going ahead despite the cast’s fears over the coronavirus.
