Love Island USA is back for a third sexy season this summer. Also returning to helm this relation-ship is host Arielle Vandenberg. She’s an actress and model who’s appeared on Greek, How I Met Your Mother, Meet the Browns, and Bones, per CBS. She’s also a comedian famous for her Vines (RIP to the six-second video app).
If none of that rings a bell, don’t worry, there’s plenty of time to catch up on all things Arielle during the season three premiere of Love Island on July 7 at 9:30 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+. And throughout the rest of the summer because this is one British invasion you won’t just welcome, but will likely obsess over every weeknight (yup, it’s on five nights a week again). So, before you tune in, here’s everything you need to know about the Love Island USA host Arielle Vandenberg.
Arielle’s been in show biz for 12 years.
And she’s got the stats to prove it, considering she—like many modern comedians—shares creative content daily with her 1.4 million followers on IG and another 106,000 on Twitter.

She was also the former host of a weekly Snapchat interview series, Snap Hangs, per People. Besides her current social media presence, Arielle was popular on Vine back in the day. ICYMI, peep this epic Vine compilation:
All told, Arielle’s had 30 acting credits throughout her career, according to IMDb, so if you think she looks a little familiar, it’s probably because you’ve seen her on bigger screens.
Sorry folks, but Arielle Vanderberg has a fiancè.
Unlike her fellow castaways cast mates, Arielle is **not** single and ready to mingle. She’s actually happily engaged to fiancè and fellow entertainer Matt Cutshall. Fun fact: They first met at Arielle’s ex-boyfriend’s house shortly after Matt moved to LA, according to their YouTube video.
Self-described as “The Cuties,” the couple has filmed tons of social media videos together over the years (because what else do you do when you’re both funny and attractive?). Oh, and the pair now hosts a podcast together called Riled Up with Arielle and Matt, where you can hear all about the Love Island extras that don’t show up on screen.
Plus, not only is Matt super supportive of his GF’s success, but he also has a six-pack, so… get it, gurl.

But Matt’s not the only love of her life.
Like any good dog owner, Arielle’s also obsessed with her pup, Stinky. Case in point: this “MVP highlight reel.”

Adorable.
Arielle says this season of Love Island USA will be “extra steamy.”
Arielle and Love Island narrator Matthew Hoffman spilled all the tea on the upcoming season, including what to expect from the cast this summer. “We’re in Hawaii this season and we’ve got a beautiful villa and hot new islanders. Like I can’t wait to get my hands on them!” Arielle told Entertainment Tonight. “Last year we were in Vegas and this time we are actually on an island. So it just brings this whole new beautiful, romantic, sexy energy to the show that it deserves.”
This season, additional footage will be available to stream on Paramount+, including stuff that’s “too hot to broadcast.” “As the seasons go on, we like to push the limits and especially because it’s on Paramount+ now, if anything doesn’t make it to broadcast, it will be on Paramount+ which I feel, like, is so exciting because I want the extra steamy content that doesn’t make it,” Arielle said. “It’s gonna get sexy for sure.”
Arielle is also looking forward to the contestants’ finding real love in the villa this season: “Watching people fall in love is the most special thing ever,” she said. “I mean, I love love. I’m always like, ‘Do you love him? Do you love her?’ I’m constantly in people’s ears trying to get people to fall in love and so this is a) a perfect job for me and b) you really get to watch them fall in love and fall into like and flirt and all that stuff. It’s such a special show, and you’re right, you could throw anyone in there and it would just be the most fun to watch.”
Watch Arielle and Matt, plus a whole new cast of sexy singles, navigate all the new villa drama during the season 3 premiere of Love Island USA on July 7th at 9:30 p.m. ET.
