Dating can be a really overwhelming experience for some.
But when you're heading to a restaurant, there are some dos and don'ts.
One woman who recently went for food with a fella was left mortified after he refused to leave a tip.
She revealed how the man didn't think to leave any money as he wasn't served enough bread at the Italian restaurant.
Posting on Reddit, the American woman said her date even had words with the waiter outside the place.
The female also wasn't keen on the fact that he caused a scene outside.

She said: "My date didn't tip after dinner because we weren't brought enough bread.
"We went to a little Italian restaurant, and towards the end of dinner, he got very quiet.
"I asked what was up, and he said he was seeing that while we only got two pieces of bread, all the other tables were served more.
"He said something about him being more attentive as someone who runs a business, and it makes him wonder 'what’s going on'."

The woman added: "I just nodded along but thought he was overthinking what was probably just a simple human error.
"Then when the cheque came, he didn't tip. He said, 'they need to do better' and said something to the waiter on the way out.
"Not gonna lie, I was mortified."
In the US, many people in the service industry rely on tips, so the woman was petrified at the whole situation.
The woman asked the online forum if it was a "red flag".
She continued: "I had a good experience at the restaurant, and it’s not like the server was rude or anything bad happened.
"So, is this a red flag? Should I talk to him about it? I really like him but this has not been sitting well with me at all."
People on Reddit said his behaviour says a lot about him as they were put off by his actions.

One said: "It's the second date, you honestly don't even need to take the time to confront him if it makes you feel uncomfortable."
"At most, if he asks you out again, say that people who are rude to serving staff are a huge turn off. Just ghost the guy."
Another added: "Being mortified by a person's actions, whatever they may be, on a second date is enough to stop seeing someone."
