"I definitely like to use a lot of bright colours and bold patterns and I tend to mix and match these together and hope it works!"
She told how her favourite transformation was the hallway and stairs.

She said: "We started with stripping all of the wallpaper, both upstairs and downstairs and then pulled up the carpet on the stairs.
"Luckily, the stairs were in good nick but there were a lot of staples and nails so we had to remove those and fill the holes.
"Next, we removed all of the gloss on the bannisters, door frames, skirting boards and dado rails using a heat gun.
"A really time consuming job, but it was totally worth it to get the finish we wanted."
Hayley said once the prep was done, she began painting.
She revealed: "We painted the lower half of the walls dark grey, I didn't want different coloured skirting boards and dado rails.
"We painted the upper half of the walls in Copper Blush, as well as the door frames and then moved onto the stairs and bannisters.
"The last thing was the finishing touches, we upcycled an old mirror using patterned sticky vinyl, added fake plants and hung prints."
