An influencer who bought a home sight unseen with the hopes of flipping it has revealed a host of startling items she uncovered from an enormous safe on the property – including weapons, ‘blackmail’ photos and rare coins.

Tiffany Ma, 28, from Los Angeles, California, and her boyfriend Matt were dying to flip a home and found what they thought to be the perfect home in the heart of California.

When the original owner of the home died without a will, the estate put his home on auction and Tiffany and her boyfriend decided to purchase the home without ever seeing it before.

And while they had dreams of turning the ‘worst home on the block’ into a multi-million dollar listing, they were met with an ‘abandoned hoarder home’ instead and had to spend their time sorting through items so gruesome they had to turn them over to the police.

Documenting the entire experience on her YouTube channel, Tiffany showed herself viewing the home for the very first time and was filled with instant regret.

As the 28-year-old walked into the home, she was met with an overwhelming scent of urine and dust, both of which festering in the small space that had no AC.

The couple could barley walk through the hoarder’s home and were immediately angered by the amount of items, dirt and even dead animals throughout the home since they paid the estate $20,000 to clean their fixer upper.

Their fixer upper wasn’t just filled with piles of trash and dead animals, it was also the scene of two safes, one of which had already been opened and ransacked.

The second safe sat in the garage and weighed over 4,000 pounds.

Before even thinking about opening the safe, Tiffany had to go through the mountains of trash inside and outside the home.

Tiffany and Matt could tell someone had failed to open the safe at some point but didn’t think much of it until they got a revealing phone call.

The person on the other line informed the couple their dream fixer upper had been robbed just a few days before they were handed over the keys.

Although the original owner definitely had a knack for keeping the most absurd things, after the couple received the pictures of the home prior to the robbery, they knew the thief was looking for something very specific.

A few days later a suspicious young man claiming to be the nephew of the original owner approached Tiffany and Matt and asked if he could have everything in the large safe in the garage.

In fear someone would try to rob the place again, the couple got to work to open the precious safe.

Every inch of the hoarder’s home was absolutely atrocious and the only treasures the couple could find were the countless items in the safe

After finally opening the safe, Tiffany began to dig through the treasures.

She showed her over 1.8 million subscribers the photos of strippers, jewelry, swords, old money and scrapbooks filled with pictures and human hair that she found in the vault.

At one point Tiffany even cut the cameras before adding she couldn’t ‘legally’ show the other items in the safe because she had to ‘get the authorities involved.’

Despite the mountains of trash and some treasures, the couple continued to clean the home before finding that almost every inch of the home was soaked with rat urine.

Making it near impossible to actually flip the home, the couple ultimately decided to tear the hoarder’s home down and rebuild from scratch.

Social media users have been speculating about the original owner’s more sinister past, with many questioning if he was a murderer

Tiffany revealed the home was set to be finished in two months, but followers are still waiting on the edge of their seats for more information on the mystery items found in the safe.

In the meantime, social media users have been speculating about the original owner’s more sinister past.

‘Someone’s ID, and chunk of hair, in that photo album,’ said one user.

Another person added: ‘Why do those pictures of the pole dancing look like a scene out of wolf on wall street.’

One user questioned: ‘Is there evidence of a murder!?’

‘This either was blackmail, or a stalking. It probably was like a gun or something,’ commented another user.

Another user added: ‘Some comment said a lock of hair so maybe a kidnap case.’
