Alison Hammond has admitted she keeps the This Morning crew on their toes with her wardrobe malfunctions.
The bubbly presenter became a regular host on the ITV morning show in January and confessed that she's had her fair share of mishaps since then, with her long necklaces getting snagged on things.
The star is now getting used to seeing the sound man bolting onto the set to get her organised in between segments.
The Express quoted her as saying: "Sometimes I wear chains and they catch on my microphone, so you see the sound man running out and I'm like, 'Oh my God, what have I done?'
"And it's just my chain caught on my microphone, but nothing really serious has happened."
Alison, 46, has had a few other blunders too, saying it sometimes happens with "the props like the Spin To Win wheel".
"It can be temperamental sometimes," joked the presenter.
However, the fan favourite always manages to keep her sense of humour about her slip ups.
This summer Alison hurt her leg when she took a nasty tumble in her garden but she didn't hold back when it came to sharing it on This Morning.
The star fell over on her patio when it got slippery during a sudden downpour of rain – and rather embarrassingly wasn't wearing any knickers when it happened.
Her tumble was captured on a camera so she shared it on This Morning with an emoji to protect her modesty, telling viewers how it had gone done.
"You have got to imagine, it's raining, it's full on and I can't get up because I think I've broken my leg," she explained.
"My brother comes out to try and he is trying to lift me his bottom is showing all on the CCTV. He can't lift me up because obviously I'm quite big.
"He helps me up, I eventually use the bad leg and then I totter inside."
