Every July, Andrea Bocelli performs at the Teatro Del Silenzio in Tuscany, Italy, while for the rest of the year the amphitheatre remains silent. The acclaimed Italian tenor gave some epic concerts this year with an orchestra, dancers and other singers like sopranos Clara Barbier Serrano and Francesca Maionchi. However, during one of the shows, the musicians had to leave the stage due to the rain but Bocelli remained on stage to sing for his audience.
Bocelli sat on a stool with an acoustic guitar to sing The Beatles’ Yesterday.
While the 62-year-old shared a moment of “magic in the rain” as he was joined on stage by his 9-year-old daughter Virginia Bocelli to sing a duet of Hallelujah.
Since last Christmas, the pair have regularly performed the Leonard Cohen anthem live at venues around the world from the USA to Saudi Arabia.
Despite the testing weather, Bocelli managed to give a beautiful rendition that the audience went wild for.

And when it came to Bocelli performing Nessun Dorma, the orchestra remained off stage due to the rain.
However, the 62-year-old continued to sing on and towards the end, Virginia joined her father on stage to hold his hand alongside the other performers.
Meanwhile, the Italian tenor has announced a 10th-anniversary edition of his One Night In Central Park album featuring new recordings such as O Sole Mio.
He originally recorded the live album at a special concert in New York on September 15, 2011.

Bocelli remembered: “That was a memorable milestone in my career. One of its highest and most emotionally overwhelming moments.
“A mega-show that took 16 months of work, as well as a brave and ambitious artistic undertaking.
“A concert that went on to become my first fully live album, for which every note was recorded live, without a safety net.”
The new edition of the album will be released on September 10, 2021 ahead of celebrations looking back over an epic decade.
