Billie Eilish ditches iconic baggy hoodies for lingerie in pin-up photoshoot

Billie Eilish has swapped her baggy hoodies for striking lingerie in new stunning pictures for the cover of British Vogue.

The 19-year-old singer transformed her usual style to ooze Hollywood glamour in a custom Gucci corset with and sheer PVC skirt which she accessorised with matching latex gloves.

Her brand new blonde locks were curled elegantly around her face, channeling Marilyn Monroe as she stared sultrily at the camera, worlds away from her signature black and neon green hairstyle.

Discussing her new makeover Billie admitted she was “ready for it to suck” but instead loved it and said: “I feel more like a woman, somehow.”

In the interview, Billie said that the shoot was her idea, and was inspired by classic pin-up models, drawn to corsets because she confesses: “If I’m honest with you, I hate my stomach, and that’s why.”

She spoke about body confidence and said: “Showing your body and showing your skin – or not – should not take away any respect from you.

“It’s all about what makes you feel good. If you want to get surgery, go get surgery. If you want to wear a dress that somebody thinks that you look too big wearing, fuck it.

“If you feel like you look good, you look good.”

In the past, Billie has explained the reasoning for her famous baggy clothing as: “I never want the world to know everything about me.

“I mean that’s why I wear big, baggy clothes. Nobody can have an opinion because they haven’t seen what’s underneath, you know?

“Nobody can be like, ‘oh she’s slim-thick, she’s got a flat a**, she’s got a fat a**,’ No one can say any of that because they don’t know.”

She recently unveiled the music video for her new single Your Power which focuses on the relationship between a minor and an older person.

Billie says the song isn’t specifically about just one person, instead, she explains it's 'everywhere' and didn't write it just because she is "in the music industry".
