While a forth added: "Oh my that's so exciting. I remember reading your article about this so happy you decided to take the leap. Motherhood is the most amazing journey. Congratulations to you both."

Ali and James have been together for 12-years and he has at times took to Instagram to hail his wife for her achievements.

Before they were married, Ali had a flourishing career in the world of finance but later decided to follow her heart and dream of becoming a writer.

To mark Ali's new book release, James shared a gushy post to let his wife know how proud he was of her.

He said: "When we first met we were 'unavailable'. Our interests were football, netball, partying and being rascals.

"We couldn't help falling for each other and a lot has happened since. In our 12 years together Ali has spent time travelling the world educating herself on Eastern and Western philosophy. I spent a year away from London filming a TV show.

"We moved to Blackheath together and got married. We founded a successful retreat #TheRemedyRetreats …

"Ali had a flourishing career at a big finance investment cooperation but left to pursue her dream – writing. A decision that she made herself – bravery beyond words.

"She spent time at @CondeNast before finding her way home, where she sits as Wellness Director of @PsychologiesMagazine – surrounded by equally powerful and inspiring women.

"Her writing for @oneyearnobeer has just seen her abstain from alcohol for a year – something she made look easy.

"Our friends and family go to Ali for support and she'll always make light of the situation having created such balance in her own life.

"This week sees the pre-order release of #TheWellfulnessProject – her debut book.

"The worldwide launch coming March 2020. Proud doesn't cover it.

"A life partner and life coach all in one. I'm a lucky boy. Keep on shining – I'll ensure I push you to succeed in everything you do. Not that you need it."
