Game of Thrones’ Diana Rigg’s X-rated log-in uncovered brill Sainsbury’s order

Dame Diana Rigg used an X-rated log-in for her computer.

Her son-in-law, Elbow frontman Guy Garvey, said the late Avengers star’s password was simply: “F*** off.”

Guy, who is married to Dame Diana’s daughter Rachael, said they made the discovery when they used the same IT expert.

Guy, 47, revealed: “He said, ‘I was sorry to hear about Diana.’ He said that he’d been round and said, ‘I need your password, is that OK?’

“And she just went, ‘I’ve forgotten it.’ So he made visible her last attempts to show the password and it said ‘F*** off’.

“And he said, ‘Oh right is this it, all one case?’ And she went, ‘You’re right, there’s a capital F.’ He changed it and her Sainsbury’s account opened – and there was three bottles of Prosecco. And she said, ‘I like Prosecco.’ That was her order.”

Dame Diana was best known as leather-clad Emma Peel in The Avengers. She was also in Game Of Thrones and the Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

Guy told the Table Manners podcast he was very fond of his mum-in-law, who died aged 82 last September.

He said: “She was great, and our friendship revolved around new words, old songs and bits of poetry.”

The actress, who played Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones, died at home surrounded by her family after secretly battling cancer for six months.

Dame Diana’s daughter, actress Rachael Stirling, said at the time: "My Beloved Ma died peacefully in her sleep early this morning, at home, surrounded by family.

"She died of cancer diagnosed in March, and spent her last months joyfully reflecting on her extraordinary life, full of love, laughter and a deep pride in her profession. I will miss her beyond words."

Her agent Simon Beresford added: "Dame Diana was an icon of theatre, film, and television.

"She was the recipient of Bafta, Emmy, Tony and Evening Standard Awards for her work on stage and screen.
