Gemma Collins has warned pals not to "call her after 7pm" each night going forward as she continues her health kick.

The former TOWIE star, 40, had taken a break from rigorous workouts and instead opted to enjoy a summer full of parties with boyfriend Rami Hawash.

Taking to Instagram, the GC explained that she was now motivated to achieve goals once more – this after shedding a whopping three stone in weight previously.

Now that she had let her hair down over the summer period, Gemma was raring to get her fitness back on track once more.

So much so, the ITV bombshell even revealed to fans that she would be ditching sugar in a bid to reach her targets.

Addressing her 2.2 million followers, the Diva Forever star said: "Good morning everyone, I am back on mad fitness regime. I had a brilliant summer, tried to get back into it, struggled.

"I've had my parties, I've had my weekends. I am going sugar free baby. The GC is gonna be sugar free.

"And do you know what for two days' I've not had any sugar. I'm loving it don't get me wrong. The headaches have been terrible."

She added: "But it's going to be worth it. I'm back on a massive fitness one guys.

"Don't call me after 7 o'clock because I'm going to be in bed.

"You can get me between 5am and 7pm because that's when i'll be getting up doing my training.

"I'll be getting my steps in, in the day. I hope this motivates someone today."

Pointing the camera to her personal trainer, she explained: "I'm with Caroline.

"Winters coming, we've got to keep our immune systems up and yeah drinking loads of water."

Sharing the post to her grid, The Only Way Is Essex star penned: "Trying to be SUGAR FREE guys.

"I read up on sugar I was shocked so wish me luck. Here’s to being sugar free baby !!!! X @cjfitness_1."
