Gordon Ramsay ‘already practising dance moves’ for daughter Tilly’s wedding

TV chef Gordon Ramsay is already putting his best foot forward for his dad-and-daughter dance at Strictly Come Dancing Star Tilly’s wedding.

It comes after Gordon was left in tears after his daughter’s inaugural dance on the BBC talent show, in which she soared to the top of the leaderboard by performing the Charleston.

She’s been paired up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin – leaving her usual TikTok dance partner Gordon bereft.

Gordon opened up on the emotional moment on Monday’s instalment of ITV show This Morning, admitting: “I think any individual taking part in that live, you’re trying 45, 50 hours a week for a two minute stint.

"I’ve got size 15 feet, so the chances of me doing a slow waltz with her – I’m gonna start practicing one day for her wedding."

Though Tilly doesn’t have any immediate plans to marry, romance rumours are already swirling between her and Nikita.

An onlooker told The Sun that the pair looked "very comfortable" in each other’s company, and they were allegedly "grinning from ear to ear, chatting and laughing."

The pair were seen arriving at Tilly's flat in separate cars before she held the door open for Nikita to head inside.

Meanwhile, Nikita is already safely loved up with his own girlfriend Nicole Wirt, and the pair have been together for around five years.

But when the big day does eventually come, Gordon will be there to support his daughter in the best way they know – by sharing a dance.

After performing in the first live show, Gordon was left in tears at his daughter’s performance, posting to Twitter: "What an amazing performance tonight @bbcstrictly lines are open @tillyramsay @nikita_kuzmin so proud well done."

He insisted a "bag of onions" were responsible for his tears, as host Tess Daly pointed out: "Oh darling, everyone’s on their feet, that was so much fun! Your dad Gordon shed a tear, he’s so proud of you."

On her part, Tilly has insisted that her dad is "hard on the outside but soft on the inside" during an interview with the Daily Mail.

The Strictly star told Body and Soul magazine: "I have so many favourite moments with dad – from learning to cook at age four while he was filming the TV series The F Word, to messing about and filming silly, fun dancing videos."

Strictly Come Dancing continues from 6:45pm this Saturday on BBC One.
