But as the years went on the Osbournes have faced an array of calamities and scandals.

Daily Star has taken a look inside some of the devastating tragedies the family has faced.

Fire

Last year, Ozzy and Sharon's daughter Aimee faced a tragedy of her own when she was caught in a fire in her studio which left Music producer Nathan Avery Edwards dead.

Sharon said Aimee was "lucky to be alive" as more than 75 firefighters tackled the blaze at the two-storey property in May last year.

Taking to Instagram to share further insight on what took place, Sharon told her followers that Aimee was working on music in the studio.

She said: "They are the lucky two that made it out alive," she penned.

"It is utterly heart-breaking that someone lost their life today in this fire and we are sending our prayers to this person and their family.

"What happened today was beyond horrific. I really hope moving forward that buildings like this are better regulated for fire safety."

Bike accident

In 2003, the world was on tenterhooks after Ozzy was seriously injured in a quad-bike accident at his home in Buckinghamshire.

According to a statement at the time, The 74 year old was left with a broken collarbone and six broken ribs.

The rockstar was rushed to hospital and had surgery on his collarbone, which was believed to be resting on a major artery -interrupting any blood flow to his arm.

Despite the unexpected accident, Ozzy's injuries were thankfully not life threatening.

Alcohol battle

In 2021, Kelly revealed to her fans that she had unfortunately relapsed after nearly four years sobriety.

The reality star who had battled with her alcohol intake since she was a child, took to Instagram to share her devastating news.

She said: "I don't know why my nervous breakdown happened at the end of the lockdown, I made it all the way through, everything was great, and my life was perfect

"I'm that girl that when everything is going great, I need to (expletive) it up a little and make everything a little bit worse in my life."

After explaining how she got to that pace, she added: "I am an addict and had thought that I had enough time under my belt and I could drink like a normal person, and it turns out I cannot and I will never be normal.

"I don’t know why I even tried it. It’s not for me and it took me a matter of days and I was like done, not doing this."

Hospital dash

Last year, fans were left concerned when news broke that Sharon had been rushed to hospital while filming an episode of paranormal TV series Night of Terror at the Glen Tavern Inn, California.

The X Factor star was then rushed to Santa Paula hospital for treatment.

After the incident took place, her son Jack wrote on social media: "She has been given the all-clear from her medical team and is now home. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support.

"As to what happened to my mum – I’m gonna leave it to her to share about when she is ready."

Later on, Sharon took to social media and said: "Back home and doing great! Thank you for all the [love heart emoji].”

Parkinson’s health battle

Although Ozzy only opened up about his Parkinson's diagnosis recently, he was diagnosed with the condition in 2003.

Talking openly, the musician confessed that the disease has had a toll on his mental and physical health.

Speaking to The Observer he said: "You think you’re lifting your feet, but your foot doesn’t move. I feel like I’m walking around in lead boots.”

The star also shared info on his depression which steams from Parkinson's.

He said: "Nothing really felt great. Nothing. So I went on these antidepressants, and they work OK."

Show drop

Two years ago Sharon hit headlines once again after she walked away from her talk show The Real following a heated discussion on race.

Her exit stemmed from an on-air incident where she launched a staunch defence of her friend Piers Morgan – who previously left ITV's GMB over Meghan Markle's race claims.

A statement at the time read: "The events of the March 10 broadcast were upsetting to everyone involved, including the audience watching at home.

"As part of our review, we concluded that Sharon’s behaviour toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace.

"We also did not find any evidence that CBS executives orchestrated the discussion or blindsided any of the hosts."
