Jesy Nelson has sent fans wild by teasing the arrival of a “new era” in her latest post to Instagram.
The 30-year-old singer took to the social media platform to share a sun-drenched selfie on Sunday.
The former Little Mix hitmaker can be seen looking relaxed as she rests her head on her hands and stares into the distance while framed by the grass and trees under a crystal blue sky.
She wore her long hair in his natural bouncy curls and styled over the side of her face.
Captioning the stunning snap, the star wrote "New era pending…….", without revealing anything more about her future plans.
The image racked up almost 100,000 likes within the first hour of posting and left many fans wondering if it meant that her new music would be released sometime soon.
"Omg how soon," commented one fan underneath Jesy's post, while another said “JN1 is coming!!” referring to the fan name for Jesy’s upcoming album.
In May, Jesy made the announcement she had signed a solo record contract, saying: “This is such a pinch-me moment. I cannot wait for you guys to hear what I've been working on.”

However, she did not give fans any hints as to when the time would come for them to hear her new tunes.
Over the past few months, Jesy has shared shots of herself in the studio with collaborators and footage where she can be seen working away in the studio on her own music.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan, the star said that working on her music has been instrumental in maintaining her mental health.
She said: “For people to think that I would just stop working completely is crazy, because [for] me, working on my mental health is going to the studio, and creating music that I love.

“That’s what clears my head and makes me happy. It’s good for my mental health. I couldn’t deal with the pressure of being in the girl group.”
Jesy announced her decision to leave the band in December, citing her mental health as the reason behind her departure.
She released a statement that said: “The truth is, recently, being in the band has really taken a toll on my mental health.
“I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard.
“There comes a time in life when we need to reinvest in taking care of ourselves rather than focusing on making other people happy, and I feel like now is the time to begin that process.
“So after much consideration and a heavy heart, I’m announcing I’m leaving Little Mix.”
