Former Little Mix member Jesy Nelson is set to release her first solo single in the very near future has dropped a teaser clip to prove it.

The 30-year-old singer’s official Jesy Nelson website premiered last night, giving way for Jesy’s new music career.

On the site, a video can be seen automatically playing as Jesy’s voice is immediately heard saying: “For me this is the music I’ve always wanted to make.

“I don't think that anyone is gonna expect this.

“This is the new chapter for me.”

While the musician’s voice is distinguished, a dramatic transition of subtitles on a black screen appears.

The video then cuts to an opening scene, where the X Factor winner appears in an industrial elevator opening up.

The camera goes on to focus on the music talent, as she looks sensational sporting an all white outfit with long and luscious curly hair.

Afterwards, various short clips of the musician appears, where Jesy is seen recording music in the studio, preparing backstage in lavish costumes, sporting one glamorous outfit after the other, all while music plays in the background.

The beat that can be heard throughout the video is undoubtedly hinting to what Jesy’s debut solo song will sound like.

While the different scenes are flashing by, the London-born artist is heard towards the end saying: “If you genuinely want to make it happen you can make it happen, you can manifest it.”

The cutting-edge VHS-esque clip ends with a computer “loading” bar before a “Jesy nelson coming soon” sign, along with a “follow” and “sign up” button appears.

The British music star was a part of X Factor’s winning band Little Mix since 2011.

However, Jesy announced in December 2020 that she would be leaving the group “due to prolonged issues with her mental health”.

She reportedly admitted to feeling “the constant pressure of being in a girl group” and that “living up to expectations was very hard.”

Jesy went on to announce that she had signed a record deal with Polydor Record in May 2021, and that she would be releasing solo music later in the year.
