She captioned the post: "33 weeks" with a black love heart emoji.

Fans of the former TOWIE star were quick to jump in and complement her as she enjoyed the last few weeks of being pregnant with her second child with her husband Rio Ferdinand.

One wrote: "Stunning and what an exciting countdown ahead!"

    A second added: "I’m 33 weeks today you’re glowing!"

While a third penned: "Wow look at that bump and a fourth posted: "Not long now lovely lady!"

Rio himself even commented: "Ooooh lala"

Another fan said: "@vonny1987 I look like this now!!!!!! but I'm just fat!!!! she is sooo beautiful"

While another scribed: "That baby is going to be a good weight you’re blooming"

Others typed "Your bubba gonna be a good size !! You look so well and "You look soooo beautiful and elegant! Own that gorgeous baby belly".

"How do you look this good pregnant," another queried.

This comes after Katie spoke about her podcast which she launched to help other 'blended' families, meaning when couples have children from previous relationships.

Rio had three kids from a previous relationship, Lorenz, 16, Tate, 14, and Tia, 11. While they now also share son Cree, 2, between them and have another on the way.

Talking about her podcast, Katie said: "That's exactly why I started blended really because, you know, when I met Rio, it was really difficult. I didn't know where to turn or where to get advice from becoming a step-parent and dealing with lots of grief. So I wanted to start Blended as a community because I feel like when you share a problem, it just helps take the pressure off.

"Yeah, when you see someone else and they're a little bit further down the line and they're doing okay, there's hope like there's gonna be a cake and Mother's Day the first episode which is out is a Mother's Day special because Mother's Day is amazing for so many people, but it's also really difficult in certain situations. And in it are the voices of lots of different ladies and children that might struggle with Mother's day just to hopefully help people I think if one person feels better in the lead-up to Mother's Day, then you're doing the right thing.

She added why she struggled with her first Mother's Day as a biological parent and said: "My stepchildren and my husband have both lost their mom. And it was my first year being a biological parent. And so there's that excitement you know when you become a mother, it's like really exciting, overwhelming, but also, everyone in my house has had such a big loss. So it was just trying to balance those emotions."
