Kimberly Wyatt gears up for Dancing On Ice with tight gymwear in backstage snap

Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt has shared an insight of her Dancing On Ice training sessions, showing fans a skin tight gym wear selfie.

The actress was confirmed to appear on the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice two weeks ago and has already managed to get her skates on.

The blonde bombshell posed in the mirror at her training grounds wearing black lycra leggings, a roll neck black jumper and white skates.

She will be joining the likes of Coronation Street's Sally Dynevor, Happy Mondays Bez and Love Island's Liberty Poole on the DOI lineup.

In a recent catch-up with fellow Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts on Heart Radio, Kimberly revealed: “I have signed up for Dancing on Ice! I’m nervous, that ice is going to hit hard. I’m just excited to see what I can do on there. I’m up for a challenge!”

Other famous faces already confirmed for the series are rugby star Ben Foden, Paul Gascoigne’s son, Regan Gascoigne, pop star Rachel Stevens, professional dancer Brendan Cole, presenter Ria Hebden and BMX Olympic silver medalist Kye Whyte.

The show will return to ITV and ITV Hub in the new year with the celebrity contestants and their professional partners skating live each week to impress the panel and viewers.

S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens will also be getting her skates on and chatted to This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about the announcement.

Rachel said: “It now feels really real, this is really happening. I’m so excited, obviously really nervous. It's one of those things, until you do it you don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Asking Rachel whether she had skated before, she said, “Only with the penguin with my kids you know every Christmas.

"I did it when I was 10 (years old) and dabbled in it for a little bit and I really loved it but I’m very wobbly.”

When Phillip and Holly asked Rachel why she chose to take part in the competition, Rachel said “The opportunity came up and I thought what an amazing opportunity to learn a new skill.

"I love the whole idea of working with a team and your partner and also for my girls to be a part of this. They are at an age now where they love all the costumes.”
