Love Island star told she’ll ‘ruin career’ with OnlyFans snaps but made fortune

Love Island's Kaila Troy was warned "you're going to ruin your career" after she joined OnlyFans.

The blonde bombshell, 28, waltzed into Casa Amor midway through last year's series to find herself a man.

Despite striking up a bond with Teddy Soares, it wasn't meant to be and she was dumped from the island just three days after her arrival.

Since leaving the villa, the LA-based DJ joined OnlyFans and revealed she has earned enough money to quit her job if she wanted to.

She was reportedly scouted by OnlyFans bosses to help "change the narrative" of the platform, which is best known for x-rated activities.

In an exclusive chat with Daily Star, the Irish-born beauty confessed she was warned off joining the x-rated platform amid fears it would "ruin her career."

She explained: "In the beginning, people were like no, you need to get rid of it because it's going to ruin your career."

While OnlyFans is known for its X-rated content, Kaila admitted she is very versatile on the platform and posts a range of different content.

"I would be doing fitness videos, photoshoots, photos that I have shown in the past, holiday vlogs, DJ videos, DJ shows, photos of me in my bikini on a holiday, so it's a bunch of different things. It's just my lifestyle."

The star went on to confess that the people who believed joining OnlyFans would ruin her career are now those who try and use her success on the platform to their advantage.

The DJ said: "It's funny because the people that said that then turn around and say I have an artist, can you book this artist for me? I'm like, okay now I see what's going on."

The star went on to admit that people in her industry understand what she's done with the platform and how it has influenced the music industry online.

"I was at a venue a few months ago back in Chicago and one of Kanye's manager's would say to people 'I need to introduce you to this girl because she's spun OnlyFans, she's made it her own and she's made it happen in the music industry'."

She added: "So people recognise what I've done with the platform and they see what I've done with the music industry and someone once said to me, 'I remember in the beginning you told me about it that I didn't listen, but you were right about it'."
