Ozzy Osbourne says his doctors are delighted with his battle against Parkinson’s disease.

The legendary Black Sabbath frontman was sadly diagnosed with the crippling, potentially terminal condition three years ago.

But his specialist confided to the singer his case is “the mildest” he has ever seen while his vital organs remain strong.

Ozzy’s medical report is a rare piece of good news amidst his deep upset at having to cancel the remainder of his farewell tour because he cannot stand up properly on stage.

The 74-year-old admitted: “OK, let me tell you something. This Parkinson’s is not Parkinson’s. It is Parkin Two.

“It’s something to do with chromosomes. It is very, very rare. My Parkinson’s doctor said, ‘You know what? You must be the mildest case I’ve ever seen.’

“P2 is not Parkinson’s as per se, as Michael J Fox has, it is not a progressive thing.

“I could stay like this for the rest of my life.

“And I don’t walk around going, ‘f***, I‘ve got Parkinson’s.’ I never think about it. I just go, ‘OK.’ I said to the doctor, is it terminal? He said: ‘What you’ve got, no.’”

Ozzy says his health woes were sparked by falling at his home, which caused him neurological damage.

He added: “I’ve never been ill this long in my f***ing life.

“I’m trying as best as I can. I’m not done yet.”

It comes after the rocker fumed at claims he was done with his career, insisting: "I’m f***ing not dying."

He said revealed that his health issues continue to plague him as he's in "constant pain", but recording new music keeps his spirits up.

In January, the Brummie said he could not return to the stage after his rehab failed.

He said at the time: "He said: "I have been working my guts out to try and get back on my feet. So, if I can ever get back to where I can tour again, fine.

"But right now I can’t book tours because I don’t think I could pull them off."
