Lauren Goodger, 34, has been informed that she should slow down in order to protect the health of her baby.

The Only Way Is Essex star is due to have her first child in July with partner Charlie Drury.

She said that a midwife told her that the baby had “stopped growing a tiny bit".

"The midwife asked me what I've been up to and I told her about re-starting my aesthetics business and she said this is the time where I should be slowing down and not taking on something new," the reality star wrote in her OK! column.

With a pink themed gender reveal party, Lauren announced that she was expecting a baby girl in January.

Lauren claimed that some trolls had recently accused her of faking the pregnancy, receiving DMs from fake accounts on Instagram.

They claimed the star “hadn’t put enough weight on her face during her pregnancy".

Lauren batted back at the accusations, calling them "absolutely crazy".

In a previous article for OK! she wrote: "People have got so much negative stuff to say and you have to ignore it sometimes!”

Lauren had to be rushed to hospital earlier in the year for a check-up after she stopped feeling her baby moving, her racing blood pressure causing her heart rate to soar and trigger her anxiety.

She has recently been working at her salon offering aesthetic treatments like lip filler.

And she recently took to social media to put out a call for models that would like to try a treatment called the Russian Lip, where filler is injected vertically into the lips to create a heart shape, replicating a Russian Doll.

Lauren posted on Instagram: "I am looking for Russian Lip models… I am fully qualified and fully trained. I just want models! My fav lip look so please DM @lg_aestheticslondon for prices times and dates."
