Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue reunite for new single two decades after Kids

It's been over a decade since Kylie Minogue squeezed her infamous booty into a pair of skintight PVC trousers for her collab with former Take That star Robbie Williams.

But twenty years after the release of Kids, the chart-topping duo have teamed up once more for a new single.

Daily Star Online can reveal that Rob and Kylie have secretly recorded the new track and the Rock DJ singer is making it clear to his team he has 'big plans' for the song.

Robbie, 46, said: "I have a song with Miss Kylie Minogue, I have big plans for it if she is up for it. I have big plans."

A source added to Daily Star: "Kylie and Robbie have recorded a new song together.

"It's their first collab since Kids in 2000 and Robbie is keen to make it a single.

"Due to Covid there are no concrete plans for the release.

"It won't be a mini drop like Kylie recently did with her Studio 2054 remix of Real Groove with Dua Lipa."

Daily Star Online understand that Robbie and Kylie's teams are yet to sit down and plan out the exact details of the release.

Due to the ongoing pandemic it isn't known exactly when the track will be released though it's hoped it will be in the coming months.

Reps for both stars declined to comment.

Last year Daily Star Online revealed how Robbie had switched to a plant based diet after a trip to the doctors returned worrying results.

The singer's mercury levels were so high that Rob's doctor said they were the worst he had ever seen.

A source told Daily Star said: "Robbie is known for enjoying a wild time in the spotlight but over the past few years he has been really health conscious.

"As well as stopping smoking while in LA, Rob also took up boxing.

"His recent check-up returned the highest mercury poisoning levels his doctor had ever seen.

"Rob guesses it was from fish but as a result he's now gone back to being plant based again."

A rep for Robbie Williams declined to comment at the time.

He later confirmed on Radio X: "I was eating fish twice a day and I’ve got the highest mercury poisoning the doctor has ever seen.

"Do you know what I thought when I heard that? ‘I’ve won!'

"That’s how my ego works, ‘I’ve got the highest…did you say the highest? Thank you.’ I literally won the mercury award."
