Strictly Come Dancing's Neil Jones has released a statement shooting down claims that he and Giovanni Pernice are feuding after recent accusations were made by his ex-girlfriend Sophie Lily Kerr.
The professional dancer who dated model Sophie for four months has strongly denied gossiping about his BBC colleagues.
Putting an end to "ridiculous" claims Neil's representative even added that he an Giovanni would probably be "laughing" at what had been reported.
His statement lands after a friend of his model ex-girlfriend alleged Sophie had ended their relationship after the ballroom star became "self obsessed" with the glitzy BBC show.
Speaking to The Sun, Sophie's chum even spilled that Neil had b****ed about his co-stars – with Giovanni Pernice being the one most mentioned – which the TV personality denies.
Hitting back at recent and "inaccurate" claims, Neil's spokesperson told The Mirror: "There is no truth whatsoever to Sophie’s claims and he's surprised to hear her take on things."
They added: "With regards to Giovanni he only has the utmost respect and love for his fellow strictly professional and friend, the two of them will no doubt laugh about this ridiculous story."
The news comes after it was revealed that Neil had moved on from Sophie and is now dating Miss Romania Sienna Hollen, 25.
It is thought that Neil and Sienna started dated after he'd spotted her stunning snaps on Instagram.
Just weeks after pictures emerged of Neil and Sienna, the professional dancer was savaged by his ex, Sophie Lily Kerr, according to her pal.
According to Sophie's friend, her four month whirlwind romance with Neil came crashing down on a Christmas break to Mexico.
Her pal explained to The Sun: "Sophie was troubled by the speed at which Neil wanted them to settle down."
The source claimed: "He was also very keen for her to move into his apartment. But Sophie knew his ex — who had been calling herself Mrs Luisa Jones — had moved out a few months earlier. She worried the pattern was being repeated
"They had an argument about it and he seemed hugely frustrated that she wouldn't agree to play the game."
Daily Star has contacted Neil's reps for further comment.
