Legendary presenter Ulrika Jonsson took to Instagram to share her distraught after she was banned from popular dating site Hinge.

The 55-year-old posted the notification that she'd been banned to her Instagram stories, letting her followers know that she was fuming at the dating app's decision to remove her.

Over the screenshot of the notification, Ulrika wrote: "Nice one @hinge. No reason."

She went on to suggest Hinge ban some of the "countless catfish" she's had to endure whilst using the site.

"Maybe you should spend a bit more time banning the countless catfish I've had to endure," she penned before concluding with a simple statement: "I await your response," tagging the dating app's Instagram account.

Before taking another shot at finding love via the dating site, Ulrika previously took part in Celebs Go Dating alongside The Apprentice's Ryan-Mark Parsons, Made In Chelsea's Miles Nazaire and TOWIE's Chloe Brockett.

Despite claiming nothing about the show appealed to her and that she found the idea of it "cringeworthy", Ulrika admitted she was "sick of being ghosted" and decided to give it go.

After a string of hit-and-miss dates, Ulrika said the only "one true love" she found was in that of co-star and client coordinator Tom Read Wilson, whose "kindness" and "inspirational conversations" moved her.

The former Gladiators presenter shot to fame in the 1980s as a weather girl on ITV before kick-starting her presenting career.

Ulrika married her first husband Jon Turnball in 1990, and shared her child Cameron with him.

She went on to date footballer Stan Collymore and Marcus Kempen, and she shares her daughter Bo with the latter.

Ulrika then hit headlines for her affair with England manager Sven-Göran Eriksson in 2002. The following year, she married Lance Gerrard-Wright and had daughter Martha before divorcing in 2006.

In 2008, she got married to Brian Monet and welcomed her fourth child Malcolm with him.

When she joined Celebs Go Dating she revealed she "hadn't anticipated being single" at her age.

On the subject of her love life, Ulrika admitted she had had "a few dalliances" with women throughout her life purely due to sexual desire, confessing "things just happened".
