The new RnB tune serves as one of the tracks off the Georgia crooner’s upcoming album, which is executive produced by Future and will be released later this year.
AceShowbiz –Jacquees is back with new music. On Friday, May 20, the R&Bsinger unleashed a new track called “Say Yea” along with visuals that displays him serenading his love interest with the romantic tune.
The music video, which also features’ Keith Sweat‘s cameo, shows the 28-year-old crooner attending his girlfriend’s lavish birthday party. Sitting next to his lady, the Georgia native sings, “I start pouring shots out a new double cup, these n***as got your feelings all screwed up/ Girl, I think it’s time to take a break from love, tryna pick you up and put you down on sumn’.”
“Booked the flight, she ain’t gotta pay for none, only thing you see is Saint-Tropez for a month/ Doors open on the balcony so you can hear ’em play the mandolin from high up,” he continues. “Yeah, the views look like a post card, getting out the jet-skis from the boatyard/ Smoke, drink and f**k for the most part, your p***y wavy, girl, and I’m the coastguard/ I could put you on, that’s a guarantee, leave that n***a alonе, and come f**k with me.”
As the clip transitions, Jacquees and his girlfriend head to a private area and get it on. After the pair enjoys their time together, the woman’s father, who is portrayed by Keith, later approaches the couple to take his daughter home. He, however, refuses speaking to the singer.
“Say Yea” serves as one of the songs off Jacquees’ upcoming album. When appearing on FOX’s “Good Day Atlanta”, the “B.E.D.” singer reveals that the new project is executive produced by Future.
“My new album drops summer of 2022, and it’s executive produced by Future,” Jacquees told the news anchor. “It feels like a new beginning, and everything feels fresh, it feels new.”
