A STAYCATION is a great excuse for avoiding all the hassle of testing and paperwork that comes with travelling abroad at the moment.

And luckily, there are plenty of holiday parks with outdoor pools where you can make the most of – hopefully – balmy summer days.

1. Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire
