There are a number of travel operators that specialise in trips and tours for the LGBTQ+ community – so whether you like hiking, camping or sight-seeing there’s something for everyone.

Patagonia hiking trip

This nine-night, ten-day gay hiking tour begins in the Argentinian half of Patagonia, before heading to the Chilean border into Torres del Paine National Park.

To celebrate 50 years of Pride, Metro.co.uk has teamed up with Kyiv Pride to raise money for their important work in Ukraine.

Egyptian adventure

Due to safety and political concerns, Egypt is not typically considered a safe travel destination for the LGBTQ+ community. However, Rainbow Getaways has partnered with an LGBTQ-owned tour operator in Egypt to ensure members of the LGBTQ+ community experience this destination in the best ways.

Costa Rica cruise

Madrid Orgullo – July 1 – 10

Madrid Pride is one of the biggest celebrations in Europe, welcoming more than two million guests in the Chueca neighbourhood.

Folsom Europe, Berlin, Germany – September 10

The 19th edition of this leather and fetish festival is due to take place this September. Guests should expect DJs, interviews and promotions as well as dozens of leather and fetish vendors, beer and cocktail booths and food trucks.

Flame Con, New York – September 20-21

Flame Con is an annual two-day comic convention for members of the LGBTQ+ community, taking place in New York.

The Dinah, California – September 21-25

Located in Palm Springs, The Dinah is the world’s largest lesbian and queer women event, with pool parties, performances and more.
