Happy hour at the Pope's house! Vatican offers Friday night cocktails to tourists | The Sun

FROM April to October, you can visit the Vatican Museums at night time, and even have happy hour there.

The Vatican Museums are in the heart of Rome, in Vatican City, which is home to the Pope.

While there's no guarantee you'll see the man himself, you can enjoy one of Rome's best kept-secrets – having happy hour in one of its most beautiful places.

The museums have a grand collection of art and sculpture collected by the Roman Catholic Church over the centuries.

They are known for its miles of corridors adorned with art and the Sistine Chapel, where Michelangelo’s most famous work can be found.

Normally, the Vatican Museums close at 6pm.
