Haven to lift Covid restrictions including mandatory face masks and social distancing rules

HAVEN is lifting most of their Covid restricitons in time for Freedom Day next week.

From July 19, most of the Covid measures are ending, with the Haven holiday parks also following on.

The parks say they are lowering restrictions in a "cautious and careful" way

Guests will not have to wear face masks in most indoor public areas or in close contact areas.

They will need to be worn on some areas including the climbing walls, zip wires and other attractions, but not in other parts such as the restaurants and cafes.

Guests also won't have to provide Test & Trace details when booking or arriving, and won't have to use the app to check in.

Families will still have to book tables at restaurants but will lift the limit on six per table.

The parks will also increase capacity while all of the indoor and outdoor entertainment venues will be open.

A Haven spokesperson said: "We’re stepping out of the Covid period very carefully.

"In certain guest facing areas such as our supermarkets and receptions, we will continue to use “sneeze” screens.

"Hand sanitizer will be readily available across ours parks and we strongly recommend that guests continue to use this."

Here are some of the best family deals on sale right now at Haven.

Or if you can wait until next year, they have deals for summer 2022 now on sale.
